Returns & Exchanges
At PzDeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience from the moment you browse to the moment your package arrives.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your PzDeals account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
